Death & The Tramp (El Muerto Vagabundo)

It is Day of the Dead in The City of Bridges. A near-homeless orphan, looked after by his older sister, makes an ofrenda to summon his parents. What he encounters instead is a tramp who mistakenly takes the offering for himself and leads the kid to a place under a bridge—a place where the forgotten, the lost, and the dispossessed live (or die?) A darkly whimsical, highly theatrical, bilingual, smorgasbord of traditions, ritual, song, and good old-fashioned story-telling.
